Antivirus software have been reported to cause the Blue Screen of Death error many a times, therefore it is recommended to disable them or uninstall them for once and for all if none of the above explained solutions work for you.
Many antivirus programs’ websites have ways to disable the program easily. Once you have done thar as well, see if the System Service Exception error persists.
